Credit-Based Pricing

The Service operates on a credit system where 1 credit = 1 infographic generation (2K), or 2 credits for 4K:

• Free: 1 credit (one-time)
• Basic: 50 credits per month - $29/month ($279/year)
• Professional: 150 credits per month - $49/month ($469/year)
• Executive: 350 credits per month - $99/month ($949/year)

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or generate:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Content depicting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Content containing personal information of others without consent
• Copyrighted materials without proper authorization

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to circumvent the credit system or payment mechanisms
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Excessive use that degrades service performance for others

License to iGraphify

By uploading content, you grant iGraphify a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your images using our AI technology
• Store images for service delivery
• Use anonymized, non-identifiable data to improve our AI models

This license ends when you delete your content or account.

iGraphify's Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service, including but not limited to design, code, logos, and branding, remain the exclusive property of iGraphify. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• Use our branding or trademarks without written permission
• Claim ownership of our AI models or algorithms

How Credits Work

• 1 credit = 1 image generation request
• Credits are consumed when the AI processes your request
• Credits are used regardless of output quality (we don't control Google's AI)
• Technical errors on our end may be eligible for credit restoration (contact support)
• Credits do not roll over month-to-month
• Unused credits expire at the end of your billing period

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled
• You will be charged on the same day each month
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until period end
• No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations
• You can resubscribe at any time

AI-Generated Content

• AI results may vary in quality and accuracy
• Generated infographics are synthetic visualizations of your content
• We do not guarantee specific results or perfect accuracy
• Complex or unstructured documents may produce less accurate results
• Output quality depends on input document quality

Infographic Storage

Generated infographics are stored in your account until you delete them.

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability
• Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary disruptions
• We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions
• Third-party service failures (Google, Stripe) may affect functionality

Processing Times

• Typical generation time: 30-60 seconds per infographic
• Times may vary based on server load and document complexity
• Requests may timeout after 5 minutes
